If you are unable to login to the Help Center, you have either entered your email address or password incorrectly:

Sorry, your email or password are incorrect - please try again.

To reset your password, click the “forgot your password?” link:

An email will be sent to the address in the “Email” field:

If you do not receive an email within a couple minutes, check your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, whitelist “mailer@titleleaf.com” and “jira@titleleaf.atlassian.net”, then repeat clicking the “forgot your password” link.

Click the”reset my password” link in the email:

Enter your new password:
