Switch distribution channel from ONIX 2.1 to ONIX 3.0

As of November 2020, TitleLeaf is capable of distributing data in ONIX 3 format.
To distribute product data in ONIX 3 format, you must:
Create a Channel Rule with the “Asset Type” set to “Onix 3 (xml)”.
Create or update a Channel to use the new Channel Rule (from Step 1).
Before: Channel rule is “Example (Onix (xml))”
After: Channel rule is “Example (Onix 3 (xml))”
