Credit Card Authorization Not Found

Authorize.net credit card authorizations expire after 30 days. You must capture the authorized amount before expiration.

If a customer successfully pays via credit card, TitleLeaf will indicate that the order has a pending credit card authorization:

This order has a pending credit card authorization. To capture payment, visit the merchant site.

As mentioned in TitleLeaf message, your customer service team must login to the merchant site (eg, Authorize.net) to "capture" the amount (aka, receive payment). We recommend doing so after the order ships. If the authorization has expired by that time, the only way to obtain payment is to contact the customer again, ask for their credit card number and manually process through the merchant site.
