On assigning an SFTP ingestion account to a user, they are automatically subscribed to two email notifications:
Disk usage “warning” email
Disk usage “full” email
Those users can unsubscribe from those notifications via the “Email Notifications” page.
TitleLeaf clients are responsible for monitoring their disk usage. Exceeding the total capacity can cause loss of data and files. TitleLeaf does not provide backups of such data and files.
