Invoice payment failed due to expired card
If payment of a recurring invoice fails, please update the payment details.
Hi TitleLeaf Client,
Unfortunately there was an error with your bank transfer to Timothy Peterson for Invoice 0000. The payment of $0000 was unable to be processed because of the following error:
card_declined: Your card has expired
You may want to make sure that your Payment Details are up to date. We’ll attempt to automatically process the payment again in 48 hours.
Step 1: Click the “update payment details” link.
Step 2: Select the payment method.
Step 3: Enter the payment information (either credit card or bank information).
After update, the payment processor will attempt to charge the card again in 48 hours.
