Little questions

Does a TitleLeaf client need a service agreement for little, inconsequential questions?

If it’s just a quick question and it isn’t addressed by the guides or support articles, then feel free to ask via the support site.

Pre-paid service agreements are primarily for site adjustments/maintenance and training. Assuming you don’t have enough consistent work to require a year-long service agreement, we recommend consolidating such service requests and submitting a couple times a year.
