File copied to hold directory

If an image file (eg, cover or spread) is ingested before the product data has been setup, the ingestion will fail with the following message:

The hold directory is located in the root of your SFTP ingestion account. If a product format is created later, TitleLeaf will retrieve the image file from the hold directory and try to ingest again.
