Does TitleLeaf provide email support?

No, emails sent to TitleLeaf team members will not receive a response. TitleLeaf support is provided through the online help desk only.

It is especially tempting to respond via email to the help desk email notifications. Such email responses are sent to an unmonitored email account and will therefore not be viewed.

To contact the TitleLeaf team regarding a help desk email notification, click the “View request” link in the email notification. Doing so will open the respective ticket in the help desk, in your web browser. Enter your comment through that interface.

You will need to log in to the “Help Center” to view the ticket details.
