Distribution group scheduling

The timing of distributions is intertwined with your publishing procedures and schedule. In an ideal world, TitleLeaf recommends the following distribution schedule.
Group | Description | Timing |

epub3 | Send Epub3 files named by epub isbn of upcoming products | 1 month prior to release date |
seasonal images | Send covers and spreads of upcoming products | 3 months prior to release date |
seasonal partial | Send upcoming product data on a seasonal basis | 6 months prior to release date |
seasonal active | Send data for active products on seasonal release date | On release date |
data deltas | Send data changes (ie, deltas) | 1st and 15th of every month |
out-of-print | Send data for out-of-print products as they occur | 5th of every month |
image deltas | Send cover and spread changes (ie, deltas) | 1st and 15th of every month |
pdf ebooks | Send pdf ebooks of upcoming products | 2 months prior to release date |
seasonal complete | Send all product data on a seasonal basis | On release date |
leveling | Send leveling data when finalized, for new products | 3 months after release date |
