Product Formats Scope Setting

The "Product Formats Scope" setting (Admin > Management > Settings > Other) controls the display of product formats, and by extension products, on the public site.

Showable – The announce date must be in the past and the format must be visible.

Buyable – The status must be ACT or, if the backorder setting in on, OS. Also, if the format is downloadable, the product format file must exist.

In Print – The status must be ACT, NYP or OS and the "showable" criteria must be met.
