Use Google Docs to Create CSV Files

Many ingestion errors are triggered by improperly formatted CSV files. The formatting issues are commonly caused by Microsoft Excel not following UTF-8 and CSV guidelines. To resolve, upload your file to Google Drive, converting to a Google Sheets Doc, then download as CSV:

  1. Upload your file to Google Drive with settings to convert uploads checked.
