Replace Dropbox Destination

Replace Dropbox Destination

If a distribution to a Dropbox destination fails with following message:

401 - Bad or expired token

That means that the recipient needs to re-authorize access to their Dropbox account.

To do so, send the person an email with the following URL:

https://EXAMPLE.COM/dropbox_destinations/new

Where EXAMPLE.COM is the domain of your TitleLeaf instance.

The person will need to click that link or paste it into their browser address field, then follow the steps indicated.

Here’s a guide outlining those steps:

https://titleleaf.com/guides/distributions/dropbox-authorization/

Once the new destination is created, the old one needs to be replaced.

The old destination can be found by clicking the destination in the Channels list (Admin > Distributions > Channels). In the following example, the destination for the “possumgrape product cover” channel is to be replaced:

On the old destination page, click the “Replace destination” link in the right sidebar:

On the “Replace destination” page, select the newly-created destination, then click “Replace”.

Distributions should succeed thereafter.
