New Distribution Channel Request

When submitting a support request for the creation of a new asset distribution arrangement (aka, channel), please indicate the following criteria:

• What assets are to be distributed? Options: data, cover, spread, pdf, epub

  • If data is requested:

    • What data format? Options: CSV, Excel, ONIX

    • Which product formats? Examples: Hardcover, paperback, PDF, MP3

    • Which prices? Examples: List, Library, Multi-user

  • If cover/spread/pdf/epub files requested, what is the file naming convention? Example: By Hardcover ISBN.

• To where should assets be distributed? Options: Email, FTP, FTPS, SFTP, Webdav, Dropbox

• Who, if anybody, should be notified when assets are distributed? Provide list of names plus email addresses.
