Order confirmation not sent

If order confirmation emails are no longer being sent, the “job worker” has most likely stopped.

To check the status of the job worker, navigate to Admin > Management > Jobs, then click the
Test job worker link in the sidebar.

If the job worker is not running, click the Start link.
