Why isn't a given product visible?
To be visible on the public site, a product must have at least one associated product format with a format that is visible on the public site.
Further, that product format must have a release date (ie, the release_on
field in the ingestion template) in the past and a status of active (ie, ACT
).
In addition, the associate product must have the is_visible
field enabled (aka, the “Visible?” checkbox must be checked on the “Edit Product” form).
