What's the difference between "cleanup" and "delete"?
The Ingestion, Package, Distribution, and other modules use the terms “cleanup” and “delete”.
“Delete” means that TitleLeaf will destroy the record being viewed from the database and remove all associated files from the server.
“Cleanup” means the TitleLeaf will remove all associated files from the server. The record will not be affected.
TitleLeaf strongly discourages deleting records. For this reason, TitleLeaf offers the “Cleanup” action to free disk space but retain the record for auditing purposes.
