Ingestion failed with error message:

Connection failed : Unable to login -- 530 Non-anonymous sessions must use encryption.

Suggestion:

Try changing the destination protocol from FTP to SFTP.

Commentary:

This error message has been encountered with Mackin’s server. Although they haven’t notified TitleLeaf, it appears they upgraded their server from FTP protocol to SFTP protocol.
