Items to check during PDF ebook QA review:

• Test some random bookmarks

  • If book doesn't contain table of contents page, verify "Beginning of text" bookmark exists at a minimum

• Verify page numbering begins on the first page of the main content

• Verify front and back cover are the same size as the interior

• Verify no gutter overlap (ie, image continuous from left page to right page)

• Verify no "artifacts" (eg, hidden layers that become visible when the interior layers are flattened)

• Verify no FPO images
