Distribution email notifications

If a channel is setup with an email address, then those recipients will be notified when distributions are completed:

Distribution email notifications follow the format below:

• Subject: The subject is auto-generated by TitleLeaf. It indicates the type of asset distributed (eg, data, ebooks or images).

• Custom Message: The custom message is defined by the administrator during distribution.

• Body: The body is auto-generated by TitleLeaf. It details what assets were distributed and to where. If the File list is extensive, it will be placed in an attachment.

• The company and domain name (eg, The Child's World and ChildsWorld.com) will be replaced with the information specific to your company.
