On site setup, the “Allow Sales Rep to Masquerade as Customer” setting is disabled. When enabled, a Sales Rep user will be able to temporarily navigate the site as a given Customer.
Save your personal cart before masquerading as a Customer
Click the “Stop” button to end the masquerading session.
