Sales Teams module

The Sales Team module enables Sale Reps to create Customers and view rudimentary information about their account.

A Sales Team is assigned to a Sales Zone via a Contract.

A Sales Zone encompasses a group of postal codes.

Sales Reps are assigned to a Sales Team.

A Sales Rep has access to Customers within the Sales Team’s Sales Zone.

A Sales Rep can view the following information concerning a given customer:

  • Current Cart

  • Latest Order

  • Latest Preview (if enabled)

  • Latest List

For a Sales Rep to view a Customer’s List, the Customer must enable sharing of the List, then share the link with the Sales Rep.
