TitleLeaf Setup: Client Checklist (Migrate Existing Design)

The following checklist outlines client responsibilities during the TitleLeaf setup process if an existing site design is being migrated to TitleLeaf. It is a supplement to the TitleLeaf Setup agreement. The typical site setup procedure lasts 13 weeks, concluding with site launch.

Month 1: Design Implementation

Supply logos in vector format preferably, hi-res bitmap otherwise (week 1)
Supply corporate identity guidelines or examples of marketing materials (week 1)
Supply original site design files (Illustrator, Photoshop or similar) (week 1)
Supply original css, js, and html if available (week 1)
If using Authorize.net as a payment gateway, contact bank to setup merchant account (week 2)
Begin populating “product” and “product_formats” data templates (week 2)
Begin organizing product images, ebooks, and teaching guides (week 2)
Provide feedback on initial design (week 4)

Month 2: Design Implementation (continuation)

Supply "products" and "product_formats" templates for initial review (week 5)
Supply cover and spread images per TitleLeaf naming convention (week 5)
Supply PDF ebooks per TitleLeaf naming convention (week 5)
Supply headlines, reviews, awards, testimonials, teaching guides for review (week 6)
Supply copy for home page, about us page, and custom pages (week 6)
Define number of pages for excerpts (week 7)
Define library processing settings and steps (week 7)
Define shipping settings including rates for other countries (week 7)
Supply "products" and "product_formats" templates for final review (week 8)

Month 3: Data Setup and Testing

Ingest populated data templates (with assistance) (week 9)
If using Stripe.com as a payment gateway, create an account (week 9)
Setup temporary Stripe.com or Authorize.net user account for website development team (week 9)
Provide access to DNS zone file or contact with access to DNS zone file (week 10)
Supply final change requests (week 10)
Indicate Google Analytics ID for TitleLeaf SEO settings (week 13)
