FTP ingestion account request
FTP ingestion accounts can only be created for registered users of your TitleLeaf site.
An FTP ingestion account is provided on request to select administrative users. It is used to upload data, images, and ebooks for bulk ingestion.
If you would like an FTP ingestion account, please create a support ticket.
Once you receive FTP credentials, please be aware of the general FTP ingestion rules before uploading assets.
By providing a user with an ingestion account, you risk them overwriting data and assets stored in TitleLeaf. You do this at your own risk. Backups are critical.
