If an image file (eg, cover or spread) is ingested before the product data has been setup, the ingestion will fail with the following message:

The file name does not meet naming conventionsUnrecognized isbn in file name '978X', File copied to hold directory

The hold directory is located in the root of your SFTP ingestion account. If a product format is created later, TitleLeaf will retrieve the image file from the hold directory and try to ingest again.
