If distributions and/or ingestions remain with a “status” of “New” and appear not to be processing, check the “job worker”.
To check the status of the job worker, navigate to Admin > Management > Jobs, then click the
Test job worker link in the sidebar.
If the job worker is not running, click the Start link.
