CSV field delimiters

TitleLeaf expects ingested CSV files to use commas to delimit/separate fields and the values of each field to be enclosed with double quotes.

A common ingestion error message triggered by not maintaining such delimiters is:

Illegal quoting in line…

To avoid such errors, we recommend using Google Docs or MacOS Numbers to create TitleLeaf ingestion files. We find Microsoft Excel doesn't follow modern UTF-8 and CSV rules very well.
