A user will see a page as described when the “cascading style sheet” (CSS) doesn’t load. It’s browser independent. Possible causes:

• Slow or broken internet connection

• CDN which hosts the style sheet not accessible

Where CDN stands for Content Delivery Network. The CDN stores assets (eg, CSS files and images) in regions throughout the world. It delivers the assets from a region nearest the user.

Recommendation:

The IT department of the organization in question should whitelist the following domain (and all subdomains):

https://*.titleleaf.com/

Where * indicates all subdomains titleleaf.com are whitelisted as well.
