At a minimum, TitleLeaf will have a mechanism to flag products as “patently offensive”. The final solution depends on requirements instituted by wholesalers and distributors in the industry, most importantly BISG via the ONIX standard.

Note: Texas' HB 900 law requires vendors to provide an initial list of offensive material to TEA by April 1, 2024, then updates every September thereafter.
