TitleLeaf checks for price changes to distribute on a nightly basis. If the Distribution Date of a given price change record matches the current date then it is included in the distribution. The price change date Distribution Date is calculated by subtracting the Price Change Advance Notice setting from the Effective Date.using the following calculation:
