The following checklist outlines client responsibilities during the TitleLeaf setup process for a satellite site. It is a supplement to the TitleLeaf Setup agreement. The typical satellite site setup procedure lasts 9 weeks, concluding with site launch.
Month 1: Design Realization/Implementation
- Supply logos in vector format preferably, hi-res bitmap otherwise (beginning of month week 1)
- Supply corporate identity guidelines or examples of marketing materials (beginning of month week 1)
- Describe 3 items to highlight in a "splash" area of the home page (beginning of month 1)Supply header and footer elements (eg, main menu items and sub-items) for layout (end of month 1)week 3)
- Provide feedback on design (week 4)
Month 2: Data Setup and Testing
- Supply headlines, testimonials, teaching guides , custom pages for review (end of month 1week 5)
- Supply copy for home page, about us page, etc (end of month 1)
- Provide feedback on design (end of month 1)
Month 2: Data Setup and Testing
- and any other custom page (week 5)
- Supply ISBN list of product formats to be displayed on satellite site (week 5)
- Provide access to DNS zone file or contact with access to DNS zone file (week 7)
- Supply final change requests (2 weeks prior to launchweek 7)
