There’s already a file on the destination host matching the name of that being uploaded.
Commentary:
This error message has been encountered with Mackin’s new server . Although they haven’t notified TitleLeaf, it appears they upgraded their server from FTP protocol to FTPS protocol. To resolve, you’ll need to update the destination record and remove the file from the server(host = ftps.mackin.com). An interim solution is revert the host to ftp.mackin.com and change the protocol to SFTP. Note: You’ll need to manually remove the partially uploaded file from the Mackin server to complete the distribution.
